Check these common causes first:
If none of those work, use the password reset option or contact bingop support from your account area.
Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other websites. Never share your login credentials with anyone — bingop staff will never ask for your password. Always log out after a session on a shared or borrowed device, and enable your phone's screen lock. If you ever think someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and contact support.
bingop accepts the following payment methods commonly used across the Philippines:
All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). Minimum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier section after you log in.
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your bingop wallet within a few minutes of the transfer being confirmed. If your balance has not updated after 15 minutes, check that the transfer was completed on the GCash or Maya side and that the reference number was entered correctly. Contact bingop support with the transaction reference if the delay continues.
Minimum deposit amounts depend on the payment channel selected. The current minimums for each method are displayed clearly in the bingop cashier once you are logged in. Check there for the most up-to-date figures before initiating a transfer. As a general guide, most e-wallet channels allow smaller minimums than bank transfer options.
Log in to your bingop account and go to the cashier section. Select the withdrawal option, choose your preferred payment channel (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount in Philippine pesos, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit. Identity verification may be required for first-time withdrawals.
Processing times vary by payment channel. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are generally faster than bank transfers. InstaPay transactions typically clear the same day, while PESONet bank transfers may take one to two banking days. The current estimated processing time for each channel is shown in the cashier at the time of the request.
Common reasons include pending identity verification, an active promotion wagering requirement that has not yet been met, incorrect payment details submitted, or a bank processing delay outside bingop's control. Log in and check the status in your transaction history. If the withdrawal has been pending beyond the normal window, contact bingop support with your transaction reference number.

Results are determined by chance, and previous outcomes have no influence on future results. No strategy guarantees a win — please play responsibly and within your planned budget.
